Chef Alberto loves taking people on a culinary journey, using the freshest locally sourced products to create farm to fork dishes that are simple, yet innovative.
Alberto has participated in many prestigious events, including Jacksonville, Caring Chefs, Ponte Verde Wine Fest, TPC Golf Tournament, World Golf Hall of Fame Induction Ceremonies, the American Culinary Federation of Master Chefs and the 2005 Super Bowl. Prior to joining the Lockwood, Alberto was the Chef and Restaurant Manager at the AAA Four-Diamond Renaissance Oklahoma City Convention Center Hotel and Spa. He was also Chef and Owner of Santioni's in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida, and has served as chef for many noteworthy restaurants.
Erynn is a Colorado native that grew up working in restaurants. After finishing her Bachelor's Degree at Colorado Mesa University she went on to do public relations for a nonprofit here in Denver but her heart brought her back to the food and beverage industry. Before transitioning into hotels, Erynn worked for a Fine Dining restaurant in Downtown Denver as the Sales and Private Dining Manager. Currently Erynn is our Director of Catering and Events at the Crowne Plaza Denver where she specializes in private dining, holiday parties, social events, corporate meetings, trainings and seminars.
